Module and Content:
Students will take all 12 courses which contain videos for learning, exploring specific features of Microsoft Project 2016*, and assessments to check their understanding of the concepts. Each course is considered 3 PDU credits, for a total of 36 PDU credits after taking the 12 courses.
* If students would like to complete the steps as outlined in the tutorials, they will need Microsoft Project 2016 and the accompanying file(s) from the course to practice the processes shown in the videos.
In this bundle, you’ll learn everything related to the role and skills involved in project management. Our micro-learning courses give you the full scope of project management and the project manager role. You will learn how to be a successful project manager, as well as simply manage ad hoc projects as requested by your employer. The courses in this certificate will teach you everything you need to know in order to take your PMI exam, and receive the boost you need for a better life.

Meet the instructors:
Denise Bates, Ph.D.
Denise E. Bates holds a Master’s Certification in Project Management and is Assistant Professor of Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University. She studies leadership in indigenous communities, with a particular emphasis on inter-generational mentorship, project implementation and community development.
Bill Erwin is an Instructor for Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies. As the owner of Life Design, Inc., Erwin provided training, training design, and organizational development services to numerous corporations, and governmental and nonprofit organizations for over 25 years. He has taught at several Arizona colleges and universities, and also served as the Mayor of Flagstaff in Arizona.
Erica Buschatzke holds a Master of Public Health Practice. She earned her MPH studying the relationship between continuing education and health education. Today, she spends her days managing multiple projects for the Faculty of Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies, and specializes in multiple forms of Project Management.
Jennifer Chandler, Ph.D.
Jennifer L. S. Chandler, Ph.D. is a Lecturer at Arizona State University who teaches in the Organizational Leadership Program in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts. Before joining ASU, she led projects, taught project management, trained project managers, and evaluated Project Management Programs for over 20 years working with international corporations, federal agencies, and national professional associations. She currently researches leadership practices among scientist and engineering teams who tackle global sustainability challenges.
Matthew Rodgers is an Instructor for Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University. His academic interests are varied and include South American literature, contemporary film studies, postmodernism, organizational studies and leadership, and design. In his free time he enjoys building websites, Jack Russell Terriers, and creating engaging learning environments. He also likes talking to students.
