We All Need To Be Leaders--Every Day of Our Lives.

Regardless of our age or role (e.g., student, advisor, teacher, parent, citizen), we all need to be leaders—every day of our lives. In this session, Vice Provost and Dean Duane Roen will offer a list of leadership qualities—empathy, compassion, humility, respect for others, commitment to JEDI, a sense of purpose, self-awareness, listening skills, courage, a sense of humor, a commitment to innovation, and others. Participants will use that list to discuss opportunities to use these leadership qualities in their daily lives.
