Full course description
IT Services and Project Management:
This course focuses on key aspects of commoditization of hardware, software, and business processes. Introduces the IT product development and service delivery processes with sound management principles for on-budget and on-time projects that meet end-user needs.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Apply the project management framework & it's applicability to the given context.
- Plan, Execute, Monitor and Close projects using TPM & CPM models.
- Employ techniques for selecting, motivating and managing high performance project teams.
- Analyze the fundamental purpose and benefits of ITIL.
- Experience the real-life challenges of project management through a simulation.

Meet the instructors
Christoper Sulla, Lecturer
Chris Sulla is a Lecturer in Information systems with the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU. Prior to joining ASU in Spring 2019, Chris was the Chief Information Officer for Sensient Technologies Corporation headquartered in Milwaukee Wisconsin. At Sensient was responsible for all facets of IT that included modernizing its global business systems & processes, creating & implementing its Cybersecurity Strategy, and renovating its infrastructure through selective managed services through the use of a demand and supply service delivery governance model.
Srinivasan Radhakrishnan, Lecturer
Srini Radhakrishnan is a Lecturer in Information systems with the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU. Srini has over 25 years of information technology management experience at a variety of companies including, Intel, SAP and Hewlett Packard. He is certified by the Project Management Institute and Amazon Web Services as a Project Manager and Cloud Practitioner. He has also authored several book in the information technology and management area. Srini uses his industry experience to enrich the courses he teaches.
