Meet the instructors:


Robert Kirsch, PhD

Dr. Robert Kirsch is Assistant Professor of Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University. His research focuses on theories of institutional change, development and evolution, as well as cultivating critical perspectives in leadership theory.


Janice Lawhorn, PhD

Dr. Janice A. Lawhorn holds Master’s Degrees in Computer Information Systems and Elementary Education and a PhD in Education Technology Management. She is an Associate Faculty in the leadership and interdisciplinary studies department at Arizona State University. Dr. Lawhorn is also the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Arizona. Her passion is teaching business and computer courses.


Matthew Rodgers

Matthew Rodgers is an Instructor for Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University. His academic interests are varied and include South American literature, contemporary film studies, postmodernism, organizational studies and leadership, and design. In his free time he enjoys building websites, Jack Russell Terriers, and creating engaging learning environments. He also likes talking to students.
