At NRG, our comprehensive sustainability framework provides a solid foundation for operating our business at the highest standard. That’s why we collaborated with Arizona State University (ASU) to develop a Sustainability Training Course that provides employees free access to course material designed to improve our impact and strengthen relationships with communities and customers.The NRG Sustainability Training course teaches and inspires employees to apply your newly acquired sustainability knowledge at home and in the workplace.

About the Sustainability Training course:

You will begin with a high-level overview of ASU's Sustainability degree program, including preparing for a global sustainable future, the role of business, systems thinking and net positive impact. We’ll also cover NRG’s five-pillar sustainability strategy and how you can practice sustainability on the job. Finally, you will have an opportunity to put your learning into action by completing an optional project. The course will cover a range of sustainability topics on ASU’s state-of-the-art online learning platform. At the end of the course, we hope you feel inspired to apply your knowledge in your professional and personal settings.
