Earn a certificate in Agile
The popularity of Agile is growing. Nearly 46% of organizations now report using Agile or a hybrid Agile approach to manage projects, according to a study from the Project Management Institute. An Agile certificate can help you gain skills using this popular project management method.
This certificate includes four courses covering beginner and intermediate Agile concepts. You'll master the principles of Agile and learn how to manage a successful Agile project management team.
The courses in this bundle include:
- Introduction to Agile
- Principles of Scrum
- Integrating Agile Into a Waterfall Environment
- Challenges for Agile Teams
Each course presents information in a simple and easy-to-understand format. Most courses also include case studies that simulate the typical challenges that occur on Agile projects. These case studies can help you gain practical experience in identifying and solving the common problems you may face while working on or leading an Agile project management team.
Upon completion of the Agile bundle, you may choose to sit for the Project Management Institute's Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam. We offer two courses to help you prepare for the exam with PMI-ACP training and practice tests. Get a 20% discount on these courses when you complete the Agile project management bundle.
