What you'll learn:
The way a company structures its organization can have a big impact on the bottom line. It’s especially important to make sure an organization structure supports the organization’s processes. In this course, you will learn a variety of ways that organizations can be structured. You’ll learn how four principles help companies develop effective structures to ensure their ongoing success. You will also learn several ways that work processes can be organized to enhance productivity and optimize effective use of resources.

Elizabeth A. Castillo is an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University. She earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego after a 20-year career managing social enterprise organizations. She is an avid hiker and nature photographer.
