What you'll learn:
In this course you will learn about the importance of crafting a well-thought-out strategy in order to be successful in business. You will learn techniques to assess the environments in which an organization operates and how to maneuver within them to achieve a favorable outcome, considering the competition, political environment, and other forces not in your control. You finish with a tool box which will help you analyze an organization’s internal and external environments in order to develop the appropriate strategy for success.
