Innovations in Well-being using the Build Your Best You Principles
Join us for a series based on the principles of ASU’s Build Your Best You model. This 4-part series highlights the holistic well-being values: Live, Feel, Learn and Engage and how we can innovate in each to lead to a better, healthier lifestyle. Each session will focus on tangible practices for participants to assess their own wellness practices and personally develop. Each session will work to further enrich personal skills individually and impact across our communities. Breaking down wellness barriers makes working towards every student’s personal and professional achievements possible.
