The life of a futurist

Imagine if it was your job to travel around the world working with governments, militaries, large corporations, start ups and non-profit organizations to help them imagine, design and build their future. Add to that writing science fiction stories, novels and comic books based on real world research and interviews. Envision coming back to ASU to teach and advise students to shape the future and build a better tomorrow. That's what a futurist does. Meet world renowned futurist and best selling author Brian David Johnson. He's been a futurist for 25 years and is a professor at ASU. In his talk he'll explore what it's like to be a futurist, lessons he's learned and how you can shape your own future. Come with questions because you can "Ask Him Anything".
