Innovation Week

This session is part of something remarkable: a month-long celebration of innovative energy designed to educate, engage, and inspire. Once you enroll in this session, remember to check out your dashboard to see your personal learning path. We can't wait to innovate with you!

Movement Science Video Competition

Due to the pandemic, more individuals, teams and patients are being shifted to virtual activities. Participants will utilize a standard video template to create and submit 2-3 minute physical activity videos that address one of the following activity areas:

  • Resistance Training Exercises
  • Rehabilitation Exercises
  • Functional Flexibility/Mobility Movements
  • Agility or Speed Development Drills
  • Core or Stability Movements

Faculty will judge the submissions based on quality of presentation and professionalism in directions. Chosen videos will be invited to film in facilities to create a library of movement videos that will be uploaded to a private CHS Youtube channel to share with community partners and groups needing access to these exercises. The best video(s) will receive a badge and be featured on CHS social media. Screen reader support enabled.
