Mid-Day Mindfulness - Monday
Mindfulness, compassion for self and others, and resilience are important innovation skills we can all continuously improve. Like a mountain with no top, there is a reason mindfulness is referred to as a "practice" - whether you are a veteran meditator or new to mindfulness, there is always room for growth.
Each day during Innovation Week, we'll provide a list of curated sessions from the ASU Center for Mindfulness, Compassion and Resilience that speak to the day's theme. From short meditations to hour-long learning opportunities, come explore the rich content provided by Center.
