The What, Why, and How of Demonstrating Cultural Intelligence

Highly successful organizations seek out and promote capable leaders who demonstrate high levels of Cultural Intelligence. In this interactive online course, participants will examine what qualities demonstrate Cultural Intelligence, why it is important to develop such skills, and how to create inclusivity in communal, professional, classroom, and online environments. Participants will examine their worldviews and understand how these may contrast with others' cultural perspectives and receive tools for clearer cross-cultural communication. Interactive activities will provide participants opportunities for critical reflection to become more empathetic and effective in their daily practices. Participants will receive a digital workbook with which to engage material beyond the course and, during sessions, polls and breakout sessions will help bolster interaction between fellow attendees.
